- Really. Brief at 10am, live by 10pm, Singapore time. The catch is scope: fixed page counts, your intake sheet and assets in before build day, one review round on the day. I prioritise by impact, and anything that can't land by 10pm rolls into the included 48-hour revision window. That discipline is why it works.
- How is it this cheap and this fast?
- Cheaper than an agency, not cheaper work. No office, no account managers, no agency markup, and an AI-accelerated build pipeline I've been sharpening since the tools existed. The deal is simple: you know your business, so you bring the info and photos. I build to your expectations, you approve it at the 6pm review before it ships, and I support you after launch.
- I'm in Bangkok. How does this work?
- Everything runs over LINE or Zoom. Pay by Wise, card, or bank transfer. Thai-language pages are built with a native-checked translation pass. You or your staff do the final read before launch.
- Can it answer my customers automatically?
- Yes. The AI chatbot add-on answers from your business info only: hours, services, the prices you choose to publish, directions. In English, 中文 or ไทย. Anything it doesn't know, it hands to your WhatsApp instead of making something up. It only knows what you tell it to know, so it can't embarrass you.
- What do you need from me?
- Logo (or I'll make a simple one), photos, and 30 minutes of your time at the brief. If you have no photos, I'll work with licensed stock and tell you honestly where real photos would do better.
- I'm not technical at all. Can you still teach me?
- That's most of my students. Lessons run on your real tasks at your pace, for ages ten to eighty, voice-first for anyone who hates typing. First 15 minutes of any lesson, if it's not for you: full refund, no questions.
- Who owns the site?
- You do. The domain is registered in your name and the content and design are yours. I keep the site on hosting I manage, which is what makes fast edits and same-day fixes possible. If you ever want to take it fully in-house, just ask: I hand over the hosting and source files, free, no lock-in. The monthly plan is optional and cancellable.
- What if I don't like it?
- The 18:00 review exists so that never happens silently: you see it before it ships. If we're genuinely misaligned at review, you keep your deposit's worth in working files and we part friends. Hasn't happened yet.
